Executive Coaching

The Pyramid Resource Group

Executive Coaching is a facilitative one-to-one, mutually designed partnership between a leader and their coach. Coaching partnerships can be used to facilitate legacies, as interventions where needed, for accelerated performance, to increase the capacity for higher-level communications and to calibrate management approaches in the face of organizational changes.

We offer customized coaching for top talent mid-level to senior executives. Typically, individual coaching is conducted in support of an overall corporate initiative such as leadership development, management transition, top talent identification, merger consolidation, or reorganization.

Each program is customized but may include any or all of the following elements:
  • In person on-site intake sessions
  • Shadowing
  • Assessments
  • Team Feedback
  • Mediation
  • Regular and conveniently scheduled phone coaching sessions
  • Alignment of personal and corporate goals

Where does a Pyramid coach focus?
The coach will focus on what’s most important for the individual leader. Coaching is not a cookie cutter approach. We don’t design programs that have you standardize thinking. We do however abide by some simple principles and include:

Six Main Areas of Focus for Leaders
  1. Living and Modeling a “Great Life!”
  2. Clarifying and Holding a Vision for themselves and their teams
  3. Developing an Internal Guidance System to orient actions around core values
  4. Becoming a Collaborator who can build “followership”
  5. Creating a culture that addresses conflicts and evolves through major changes
  6. Engages others in a bigger game!
