Top Talent Initiatives
Companies that have systematic programs for identifying and retaining top talent have used coaching to integrate the various activities in their top talent program. Along with special networking events, training, and practical leadership experiences, companies provide coaches to their top talent to help them accelerate their development and insure optimization of all the offerings available to them as top talent.
Women/Minority Leadership Programs
Companies who want to strengthen and retain their pool of potential women and/or minority leaders use coaching as one element of an overall initiative. Pyramid coaches work with high potential leaders in conjunction with internal mentors and line managers to help these emerging professionals identify gaps in their development. We incorporate all existing company resources, assessments, and strategic objectives into our coaching activities and work with companies to integrate confidential feedback from the coaching experience to continually improve these programs.
Executive Leadership Teams
The highest levels of leadership in a company have typically experienced a plethora of training and development opportunities in their careers. Coaching is an excellent supplement to any leadership development program. Pyramid has worked with companies to provide coaching following completion of external or in-house leadership programs. The coaching process supplements and supports the experiences learned in the training and helps to insure application of the lessons in the workplace.
